Who is responsible

Information used for a stay

Booking forms collect your name, email, phone number, chosen apartment, arrival and departure dates, guest count and any special requests you provide. We use these details to quote and arrange your stay, hold dates, confirm payment, send booking messages and respond to questions. A name, valid email and stay details are needed to create a booking. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in free-text requests.

Optional accounts and messages

You can book as a guest. If you create an account, we store your account contact details and a password hash so you can sign in and manage bookings. Messages you send through KyroBook are used to respond to your enquiry or manage your stay.

Payments and service providers

Card and payment entry is handled through Paystack. KyroBook uses payment references, amounts and payment status to reconcile bookings. Do not send card numbers or PINs to us by email or in special requests. Paystack explains its processing in its Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Hosting and email services support the operation of the site and booking communications. Staff handling a stay may access the information needed for that work. External resources such as fonts and payment scripts may receive technical connection details when your browser loads them. We may also need to provide information to authorities where required by law.

Sessions and technical records

KyroBook uses a session cookie to support sign-in, booking forms and security checks. Technical and transaction records support account security, payment reconciliation and troubleshooting. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent these functions from working.

Retention and your requests

Booking, payment and communication records support the stay, accounting and resolution of disputes. Contact us to ask about the retention of your specific records or to request access, correction or deletion. We will need to verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained for an applicable obligation.

You can find information about your rights and complaints through Ghana's Data Protection Commission. This policy does not claim that KyroSphere holds a particular registration or certification.
